Midland Oval

The City of Swan’s Midland Oval Redevelopment is a major mixed-use development comprising residential high rise, commercial, retail, civic and community facilities.

The Midland Oval Precinct Development will realise the long held potential of the centre of Midland, with new dwellings, restaurants, offices, shops, a library and a vibrant town centre. Overall, redevelopment of the Precinct is expected to deliver:

  • up to 1,000 new dwellings
  • 20,000 square metres of new retail floor space
  • 6,000 square metres of restaurants and
  • almost 90,000 square metres of new office floor space.

The project will provide excellent employment opportunities for the City of Swan residents.

The City of Swan has commissioned Apparatus to act as their Arts and Culture consultant for the Midland Oval Redevelopment.
