Apparatus was engaged to provide Covalent Lithium with art consultancy services, to deliver a Public Art Plan, which addresses the City of Kwinana’s Local Planning Policy No. 5 Development Contribution towards Public Art.
The proposed project involves the construction of Covalent Lithium’s new world-class Lithium Hydroxide Processing Refinery within the industrial area of Kwinana, 35 km south of Perth’s CBD. Apparatus liaised with the City of Kwinana’s Planning Team as Covalent Lithium’s representative throughout the project. The artwork vision desired to embody the City of Kwinana’s scope for the future of its community with the end purpose of creating a place rich in spirit (community), alive with opportunities (economy) and surrounded by nature (environment).
