Apparatus is thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotions of Pascale Giorgi and Alessia Concetti Cossiri!

Pascale Giorgi – Creative Producer

Since joining Apparatus in 2023, Pascale Giorgi has quickly become a valued part of the team, bringing hands-on experience in arts production, curation, programming, and graphic design.

As a practising contemporary artist herself, Pascale offers a unique perspective to her work, combining her understanding of the creative process with a commitment to supporting dynamic artistic projects. Her visual art practice, which primarily focuses on sculpture and video, has gained recognition both locally and internationally. Pascale’s works have been exhibited at galleries and institutions including at the Art Gallery of South Australia, PICA, Old Customs House, Museo Archeologico di Bologna (Italy), Goolugatup Heathcote, Fremantle Arts Centre, and Sculpture by the Sea Cottesloe.

As a curator, Pascale has been involved in the development and programming of numerous arts projects across Perth, including the recent curation of a salon exhibition at Lawson Flats. Pascale’s belief in art’s transformative power is a guiding principle in her curatorial approach. She is deeply passionate about opening art up to new audiences, creating spaces that invite contemplation, dialogue, and interaction

As Pascale steps into her new role as Creative Producer, she looks forward to expanding her experience in public art and engaging in more exciting, innovative projects at Apparatus.

Alessia Concetti Cossiri – Associate Creative Producer

Joining Pascale in this exciting new phase at Apparatus is Alessia Concetti Cossiri, who is now in the role of Associate Creative Producer, whose diverse background in design, architecture, and sustainability has made her an important asset to the team.

After earning a Master’s degree in Architecture in Italy with a focus on Landscape Design, Alessia moved to Australia to expand her horizons in the fields of graphic design, lighting design, and architecture. Her passion for sustainable design and its potential to drive behavioural change ultimately led her to pursue a second Master’s degree in Design, with a specific interest in using design as a tool for social impact.

As Associate Creative Producer, Alessia leads the development of design documentation, architectural drawings, graphic documentation, and illustrations. She plays a key role in managing Apparatus Communications, ensuring that the organisation’s creative and strategic vision is communicated clearly and effectively across a wide range of audiences.

Alessia’s work is grounded in her belief that art and design can inspire change—whether by raising awareness of critical social and environmental issues or by encouraging a deeper understanding of history and culture.
