Apparatus is seeking an experienced and highly capable Studio Manager to work alongside the Director and help lead the day-to-day operations of one of Western Australia’s leading creative consultancy firms.

As an experienced operations, business or studio management professional, you will play a central role in supporting our project teams, strengthening business operations and helping create an environment where people and projects can thrive.
As Apparatus continues to grow, the Studio Manager will help build robust systems, improve workflows and resource planning, and ensure the business operates efficiently while maintaining the collaborative, creative culture that defines our practice.
Working closely with the Director, the Studio Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the studio, financial administration, project resourcing, business systems and people operations, allowing our creative team to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, artists and communities.
Based in our Perth studio, Apparatus is one of Australia’s leading art and cultural development consultancies. We collaborate with government, developers, architects, landscape architects and artists to deliver integrated public art, cultural strategies and creative placemaking projects that shape cities, institutions and communities.
Working as part of a small, highly skilled and passionate team, the Studio Manager will ensure the business is organised, financially sustainable and professionally managed while contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.
